Seems like a bit of a copium post, but I could be mistaken. 9/10 times 106 is breached, he wanders for a good bit before he gets recontained (as he is low on our priority list)

I see alot of people are talking about a CI breach, but I am more so focused on the natural breaches. They can really easily make it to LCZ (and especially when CL4 dont close the secondary BD, wich is I know a 'skill issue').
