to clarify @RedMann and @Zen There is an ingame quest/task system at the D-block dealer when all task are done total of 5 a riot event will trigger, given D-class better weapons and tools etc. this can also be triggerd by SSL/NL

this is true in the past conditions of when you are classed as breach werent when CC doors are broken. this was added in the most recent rule revisted/rework/wording what ever the fancy word for it is
