oh well when i had it confirmed before making the suggestion (and the o5 having it confirmed for them) it was made out that no one can really see secure comms that arent directly tied to their groups like i explained

Directors are allowed to view "secure" comms revolving their department IE DOM can see comms that are like [CM] and shit like that but you arent allowed to see others basically

What does this suggestion change/add/remove: This suggestion is to allow ISD, Site Administration, Site command (O5 / Ethics) to see inner foundation "private comms" I.E ["person" - "department"] ["Group of people"]. This does not allow any group of foundation to be able to see outer foundation...

Something to note about this which is something people dont seem to realise is 95% of medicals (official) RP relies on people outside of medical coming to us and interacting whilst research can still conduct tests without fully relying on other foundation they are still strung to interaction...

like niox said i believe it would be extremely beneficial to also give this to department / regiment senior leadership for their own regiments / departments however if this feature gets added along side a feature to also restore comms that power should be left to ISD / site admin+

Could be resolved by creating a system where only jobs connected to the jobs being credited get the notification IE medical would only get approved by medical lead n so on so forth n what not.. this doesnt really fix ur concern for site admin without taking away their "control of everything" but...

To me this is not something DEA should be doing / enforcing as DEA are supposed to be the spy / intel gathering department and not the main fighting force of the foundation.
