I am very confused, they have control over LCZ when GENSEC and nearly some part of any MTF is there too. The only thing they can do there is make checkpoints somewhere in LCZ (most likely EZ-LCZ or LCZ-CS) and maybe watch over 914 when E-11 isnt? SC should not be under direct eye under any MTF...
