+support yes please rng blackouts are very annoying as the light can be off for a LONG time and keycard scanners always break at the same time, makes it very miserable a tech can be sitting in hcz ec unable to repair keycards, zero counterplay nobody enjoys waiting 30seconds at every door ☹️ -
