+Support Seems like a QoL change for PAC3. I don't use it but it seems like a good change.

Either Invinciable or from the What If series, "The Watcher" (Uatu), or "Infinity Ultron". I'd say they are superheros for their powers.

+Support Good changes but it may be unbalanced like you said.

+Support I like the suggstion a lot, however some of the abilities would need some balancing. Like for example, "Seamless Passage", they wouldn't be able to go through certain doors (or something else to make it more balanced like a long cooldown) for example.

+Support It's not realistic to find somebody still having their stuff after getting arrested. So this would make arrests more realistic.

+Support I like the idea, hopefully making SCP-079 more fun than just a waiting game (its not just a waiting game but it feels like it) to level 5 to breach a SCP in like 15/30 minutes. Although, it's likely that it won't get accepted from what @Marvin Garden said.

+Support I don't usually play on ISD that often but I suppose this is helpful when disguising. Making this locked to Snr. CL4's is also a good idea seeing CL3's or Jnr. CL4's may not be the best trustworthy people.

+/- Neutral Support, more to -Support You have fine activity. You need to improve your roleplay abilities as well as doing more roleplay. Although, it is hard to get roleplay in GSD. If you get accepted, I hope to see you do more roleplay as a OSA.

+Support Never knew they couldn't buy those items in the entities menu. For the CM spawning in HCZ, they would need to be at a good spawning location as they need to spawn somewhere where they can heal people a little bit at the back of the fight, not directly. Pretty much like what @John Kild said.

+/- Neutral Support PAC3 can already be limited in the Q Menu while also the file limitations and rules for PAC3 helps for this. But I'm not entirely sure if this is the best fix.
