    I agree with change nr. 1, 2, & 5. I feel like if this would be implemented, R&D jobs on both CI & GOC would become the VIP jobs, and R&D should serve a different purpose to chemist, even though they have the same perms. Maybe remove chem perms from R&D to make CI & GOC chemist more unique...
