Why do I need an active Foundation Senior Clearance 4? I held a Major position in E-11, and Site-Manager for a very long time. I still provide the same type of work as a UN GOC Lieutenant.

Honestly most roles on the server NEED to get spread out more per-rank, like medic getting unlocked at SPC or something. I hate that there's not really a reason for the ranks that exist at all, and there's only 9 with 3 being officer roles. Not counting LTCOM/COM, since they lead the entire MTF...

Tryouts are literally just the forums application, but read out to you. It is substantially more work for COs to deal with, and has no benefits. GOC should not be run or treated like an MTF, or CI. The application is also a great way to gauge creativity, which is needed for anything in GOC...

Without a kill house or any training infrastructure, the only thing tryouts do is force COs to hand out more blacklists to people abusing the GOC RCT role, and read out the application questions, or a variation of them. Tryouts do legit nothing else right now.

You can ask legit anybody outside of DEA, A-1, or O5 if DEA actually RPs and they'll say no.

Time. Time is the difference. If a DEA is killed, they can either sacrifice full AP and head to surface to get back into combat faster, or start a 5m cooldown on the surface armor for full AP, or spend extra time getting armor from SS. -Support overall. DEA is meant to be more RP focused...

That doesn't work. Foundation command, at least on US, is very adamant about taking ANY OC comms as IC, resulting in DEA getting onto GOC roles to minge and start shit with Foundation and GOC, only to swap onto DEA and push it further. I don't like the system and it doesn't work as-is...
