To add on more everyone uses CL3 to communicate sitewide shit like breaches so SRU cant even do their job efficiently.

Misguided suggestion. I think this would be better if the tranq pistol is removed. Note that trying to job ban someone abusing a tranq pistol is very hard. You know... because they can just tranq gun us when we try to ban them.

+Support I have no idea why they gave a NON WHITELISTED JOB (GENSEC Officer) a tranq pistol but not IA just seems like a major oversight, and it makes me question some of the decisions made.

Neutral I feel like there is a valid argument here mainly with the snipers, but I think a better solution would be to make snipers two shot unless its a head shot.

-support I dont think it is reasonable to make captains host three separate tryouts a week. We can just change up the HWL to include anti scp procedures.

We wouldn't need to think about splitting the jobs if we had a locker to switch loadouts :/

-support When I had Viggo removed from his position he had not been acting to the standards I had set for GENSEC Captains (Its mainly why I resigned myself as I failed to uphold that example.) I dont feel Viggo has earned back his graces to become a captain again.

I believe the idea is good but this form of execution is flawed. Originally we wanted to combine RRT SGT and normal SGT to be like the DEA Senior Agent with a wl required. RRT Officer would be changed to a level 3 (So GENSEC could have an easily earned level3). When we wanted to add the LT job...
