They should keep the 20 minute scp breach cooldown for him but let him breach scps at level 1, so he can still mass breach without him taking an hour to do so with leveling and the 20 minute cooldown in account

do you base your information from userbenchmark or someshit, a ryzen 5 3600 doesn't even bottleneck up to like a rx 6700. If he want's better gmod performance though he should just upgrade his CPU since GPU doesn't matter whatsoever for gmod

cpu doesnt bottleneck his gpu at all 1660ti is not a great card, but not like it matters for gmod anyways all he can do is get a 5600x3d for the best performance before upgrading mobo for AM5
