I couldn't tell you. All I know is I saw a riot some time within the past couple of days where GSD did a full sweep, left, and D-class still were fully armed even after everyone had been stripped.

If that's a thing, then maybe that's what happened? I didn't notice anyone running the show at the time or anything, so either it was a regular riot that got out of hand, or a member of SSL just dropped the ball and didn't turn it off after the sweep.
