IF He can, my idea would make the fences and the fenced doors solid walls Go into single-player, spawn in any of the fences and give them a material color and you'll see what i mean

Or how about this to save up time and for a quick fix. The fences of D-Block spawn.... make them no longer see through and are instead solid walls same thing with the doors so whenever a lockdown is called and the doors are closed the D-Class are safe. saves up time, MUCH More simpler to do.
