What does this suggestion change/add/remove: It would make it so that Anomalous Bone Marrow (50% of the Sample gain from 8854) would heal any active fractures, and/or make them immune to gaining any new fractures for a period of time. Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is...

Instead of jumping straight into SA (A Sr CL4 Role), you should consider applying for a Jr CL4 role first (E.G. Consultant, Exec, etc), or joining a MTF. Try to get a name here, and establish yourself into the community.
