it can be explained very easily, the "wall" is a screen with cameras on both sides displaying the output of the camera on the other side, and the cameras output get put with whatever the scramble is coded with!!

096 Breaches,
around 3-6 SCiPNET computers displays 096's face,
after someone has looked at a computer they all reset and enter the broken state (blue screen) in which an IT technician or a tech expert would then come to fix them...

Removes the picture that spawns when you "breach"
Instead, when you breach a certain amount of SCiPNET computers will show an image of 096 that causes the viewer to be a target.

you can grab NVG's from any standard armoury and it also nerfs 966 and considering how terrible it is already it would be a really poor addition.
making it easier to see 966 is really stupid aswell considering 966's whole gimmick is being invisible to the normal eye
also a great way to tell if a computer has been hacked or altered with is that the SCP logo starts to jitter!
