The issue isn't the fact that it's being called out, The issue is who's calling it out. If an E-11 calls out "Hacking 049" on high pop and it's a singular CI DC, we can tell Gensec not to horde down because the DC will be demolished. If Gensec leadership calls it out, lower Gensec will have a...
To add to my point (Don't call me a chud istg).
I used to put almost ten hours sessions into this server ranging from playing from 8pm to 4am, to playing 6pm-6am EST. I regularly played both when the server was bustling, To when there were 10 people on the server.
I could see it being a good...

Maybe just make it so he can't INFINITELY refill his launcher because ngl it's pretty funny the first time, But when it becomes an issue of him repeatedly restocking it... That's buns...
To make my point more clear. I do not agree with REMOVING invisible rulings. I'm for removing being warned instantly for doing something you had no way of knowing was wrong.
You clearly have never tried to actually do what you are suggesting. It's like pulling teeth trying to get any Gensec that are captain and below out of HCZ. You ARE a UK player so the culture might be different over there, I'll admit that.

I realize the sentiment, Get more combatives to heavy so we can stop...
Dawg that is NAWT what we are talking about. We realize that invisible rulings aren't something only staff can see. (Although half the time you don't know because staff don't publicly TALK about it.) The problem is how quickly you get warned for breaking said invisible rules.
This. Most "Invisible rulings" get you warned instantly, Without even knowing that it's something against the rules. I understand if it's just common sense that you shouldn't be doing someone, AKA using powers under a scranton, Or something of that sort, But simply using things in ways that SL...

Invisible staff ruling basically mean "Hey I don't like what your doing so I'm gonna say it's an invincible staff ruling even though we have never discussed it"
Down with invisible staff rulings.

914 is basically just a gun factory for AO at this point. Plus most of 914s recipes are boring as hell.
The chem suggestion would be amazing.

Currently 049 is as useful in a breach and a wet napkin. He gets very easily stun locked and most of the time that stupid syringe doesnt even work.
