Also going to have to agree that hacking alerts are not SA's job. SA's job is t o make sure E11 are around to deal with those hacking alerts! just get someone to sit on SCU during low pop in d-block if you really want..

No.... there can already be so many E-11 and 2 SCU's who get these alerts. This would make it way unbalanced for CI. The alerts were balanced on release properly.

captains had riot shields at one point idk about deployable or if they still have riot shields
