There was a big event happening, so that's probably why you had low fps. I also had low fps during the event. If your fps is still really bad today, then you should make a ticket in the Discord. They might be able to help you.

I don't think there is any priority system or set time limit for ban appeals. They usually get reviewed whenever a staff member has time to handle them. And the tags are there because the ban was issued by a member of Server Leadership+, if I'm correct. Also, NL stands for Network Leadership, so...
