+Support Sure. Useful to know if they are slowly dying via bleeding out or starvation. Could be instead: Injured (Starving) e.g. Injured (Bleeding, Starving)- Zack Baker

If you're looking to become a GSD Captain I advise you to play ~2 weeks as GSD Officer, help around, do some RP, etc. However, you would have a better chance on becoming a GSD Captain by becoming a GSD Sergeant.
