This could be fixed by only medics not getting restraints so kidnapping is not frequent. I'll make a edit to the suggestion so it aligns better to that.

What does this suggestion change/add/remove: It adds elastic restraints to ALL NU-7 jobs OR lower the cooldown to get cuffs from the dispensers to 5 minutes. (Other than medics, so kidnapping is not extremely frequent) Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion...

+++SUPPORT This is amazing and every bit of this needs to be implemented. The current state of chefs and cooking on the server is horrible and needs a massive update like this one.

It is but whenever you escape it you get thrown into the ground and die or bleed out.

-Support People should be able to play what they want and not be forced to play a core department if they don't want to. That would lead to tons of people leaving the server and never playing again. The numbers within regiments would also drastically decrease due to people not liking the change...
