By the logic they're using. If I was on DEA and saw /SOP Come to garage to prep for a GOC raid I could immeidately flag onto GOC and swap onto jugg to be wandering around then "finding out" about the raid when it happens

If it's a Max bio Cl3 then sure. But I wouldn't support bio cl4. Too powerful Could even do it to be like ERT, where they have a biometric cl3 and a non-bio cl4.

Honestly part of the reason I'm in support of this so much was that I was an 096 breached during a early breach, got yoinked and cuffed by E11 I then spent 47 minutes of my time flagged on as 096 just cuffed under the staircase. No e11 were nearby me at all for the entire breach Not a single...

Really? I got told by an admin before (I don't remember who) that you had to wait for the breach to be over, otherwise a different 096 could flag on and walk out, which would be "unfair" for the E11.

You can't even change jobs while in cuffs and changing character to get off a SCP is considered character abuse and can get you warned, so 096 players are just fucked

Seriously though. While I agree there should be something in game to deal with SCPs just being left in a random corner due to laziness, I think this specific scenario warrants a rule. As an 096 player, it's already incredibly easy for your breach to get fucked over. And what some people here...
