for me you can, using my method, but its a lot harder

reactions other than just liking doesnt appear until you: like, review reactions, then hover over the like button then it will show the other ones

If u like a post, check the reactions, then the more emojis pop up

also i think the popup is removed (or at least just for me) 🔥
