Yes. + Support  I expect Synergy to get this, because more than any of us normal goon players, O5 truly should recognise how good of an RPer and leader they are just because of their work, time, and effort spent as an OSA.

I don't think this would add or change anything, RDM already falls under the "reasonable RP reason to kill" idea and adding it wouldn't do much. Could you point out where / when this happen? I'm not saying it doesn't exist but beyond hearing "CI raiding" occasionally I don't think as a D-Class...

Perhaps a loss of my GOC is required to make the universe a healthier place. I enjoy the overall idea, although believe it may need some minor tweaks. Levelling / Ranking being primarily OOC based (levels / credits are 50% OOC, and applications / interviews are a good 85% OOC) is a horrific...
