Agreed it would be way more lore accurate for AO to actually be CL4 included Enlisteds. Cuz if you actually look at official lore we are JR CL5 -

+Major Support Just give Enlisted CL4's back like we used to have back in the day and it would make more sense lorewise also since technically we are CL5 according to lore and we do a lot of stuff that requires us to access CL4 areas and we have more sensitive knowledge than regular cl3's so... -
