I can think of reasons for like every job on the server. Janitor: someone needs to know how to properly clean 008 without fucking up. Engineering: someone needs to know how to maintain SCP chambers without fucking them up, and generally do RP related to CL4 areas, e.g. F3, SCPs, etc. and systems...

Or split it into more roles with lower numbers (i.e. around the same number of slots as now).
