    Base model refers to the entity model, which is what requires approval. Changing clothes and materials generally doesn't require it as long as it looks like the job/faction you're playing. In this instance you would be 100% fine using it as it looks like a UNGOC Medic.

    +Support I speak from experience when I say that the Alternator is complete hogwash of a weapon, and is more treated as a second pistol to the UNGOC Chemist and R&D jobs. But if this does get accepted, I pray your weapon is good at least with it's change 🙏
