Minging is against the server rules so he would just be banned, any player can minge. Also, 912 wouldn't be given regimental/GSD frequencies, that is explicitly mentioned in the suggestion. It is also explicitly mentioned that the purpose of the change is to allow GSD to reward well behaved 912... -
