    -support incentivizes abuse of the system. If you can use a card from your team to get one from another you can coordinate to kill/interrogate a cl5 from your team to get a cl5 for another. will not work well.

    from what i've been able to tell from the system in place, this would be more effort than its worth. spawning with 2 cards hasnt been done before and is a pain in the ass. it would be more effort than its worth for developers. this is just unnecessary
