The reason it has low damage per bullet is because it has stellar accuracy/spread and best in class rof for rifles. On uk at least its the mets perma weapon for surface, while it might not beat a ghost r5 up close it's only real weakness is low headshot damage -

You cannot do this. I imagine doing it would count as cheating as it would be modification of game files to get an advantage- Snake
