The issue to me here is that A) CI aren't guarenteed to suceed, B) CI are consistently at 4+ players (At least on UK), and C) CI don't always breach SCP's. This sucks for everyone, as any SCP that isn't meta will always be breached. It also means CI will rarely hit the breach limit by... -

Rule Suggestion 1.16 Combat Cuff Revision
Not on the UK. The rule directly states in a controlled RP scenario. If the individual in question has 2 guns pointed at them, then the opposing side is in control, and would be able to cuff them. -

forgor to leave my opinion but -Support I do not believe this to be in the interest or benefit of server health in the slightest. Compared to CI, there's no easy or effective way to restrict D-Class's breaching 008, as they act independently of one another. -

Nerve gas immunity maybe, but the reasoning "Accurate to the player model" is just hilarious to me. Lets give A-1 Operative immunity, but not O-1 Operative because one has a gas mask on their model! Let give Tech Expert's, and CI DELCOM's immunity as well! But... Tear Gas. What? Buy a gas mask... -

im sorry, what? They follow the rule of not removing it from it's containment chamber, so yes, I do think they'd also follow this rule. -
