+support - Xeno has had a bad rep (from what I've heard) but seems to have improved - Event plans are quick to the point which means they're less convoluted - Missions are thought out well

+support - only ever had good interactions - took the feedback on effectively and was able to adapt appropriately (good trait for GM) - missions and event plans involve multiple groups which allows for a large amount of server involvement
