I mean. Here's the thing Let's say that the 1,000lb covers all of plains area. 7722, the slowest damageable SCP, can make it fully accross plains in just under 30 seconds. And it takes the 1,000lb 30 seconds to hit. Even fukin 7722 can easily escape the blast radius. Not to mention, one time...

I disagree with you, at least for GOC as if something went wrong, or we just had bad luck. Then we couldn't do the test for another 45 minutes

Ehhh.... These all sound way too overpowered to be balanced. Foundation and Ci both have Tac tablets with straight up better abilities than the GOC tac tablet would break the power dynamic on surface

The one issue I'll point out is that if the Osuit is scaled too big then doors are a nightmare to go through

I can confirm, Osuit is fun to play as at first. But soon gets annoying after SCPs start absolutely shitting on you. (It's so fun to get stunlocked by 682s roar then have him and 076-2 start beating you down)

Ok so I'll put this into perspective. Say, there are several SCPs in Foundation courtyard, even slow SCPs such as 7722. GOC calls in the 1,000lb bomb. Even SCP 7722 could easily make it from the Surface lifts to exiting courtyard in the 30 SECONDS the bomb takes to hit. It'd be like if your...
