What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
- Adds a CL4 biometric keypad to all containment chambers which activates a pacification gas/nerve agent that weakens contained SCPs enough to ADB or ACB them & removes containment blockers

GOC is truly just doomed to a brutal spot. I've always called it bureaucracy RP... forced to talk to men in suits to do RP that will point you to more men in suits who will tell you no.

i agree with the sentiment that metagame is a big issue but 966 is a pretty quick call since its chamber is 3.2 seconds from e-11 bunks
unfortunately I don't think we can just come together as a community to stop metagame, as long as the tab menu, names above heads and teamspeak are around...
I really don't want CI or GOC R&D jobs behind paywalls, they are our only jobs that allow us to sample scps (actually not sure about the GOC side of that but thats the case for CI) + we have subregs that give "priorities" for the R&D job so doing that for a vip job would be fucked
