    The QBU-88 isn't a sniper and I think the mosin and SVU are balanced enough

    Commanding officer needs a different gun. I believe that it should be the SVU, QBU-88, or Mosin they all have downsides that will ensure that commanding officer doesn't become a glorified sniper. +support
