lol no it's not. Look at ECW/O-1 bunks for prime example. O-1 US lost it's bio scanner but UK still has it. US is factually worse in most ways. +Support

None of them are "super op" they're really bad. Also the cynogen chlorine is like 12L of samples or more to make the 5L.
