-Support They are agents, not MTFs. Their job is mostly to gather information and silencing civilians from knowing of foundation, they aren't supposed to be engaging in most fights on surface. Just fix the surface armoury.

-Support CI already have requirements to raid the nuke room, they need SL approval to do and a reason in the raid. It is rare for CI to even raid the nuke room. Raiding the nuke is a waste of a MR in my opinion due to MTF always rushing in without any cautions where the nuke could be detonated IC.
