I think you're ready for a senior cl4, i don't think you're ready for a CL5.. there's a massive difference between a junior cl4 and cl5.

During my short time alongside you as an OSA, and my time alongside and above you as Exec/DoR, you have proven your proficiency for roleplay and player interaction. More recently, my time in GOC and our interactions with you have proven you already have a grasp on GOI interaction and relations for the purposes of mission related action and preservation of the missions of the GOI's. While you could saddle more CL4 experience under your belt, I think you would be able to rise to the occasion and do well.
