Why are you applying for the Chief of Security?:
- I am applying for Chief of Security because I again see it as the natural progression for me in GENSEC. I have always cared deeply about GSD, and I have spent 99% of my time on the server within the department. I believe I can use my past, and current leadership experience within the department to build up GSD even more. Over my time as Captain/Chief, and my current time as Major, I have seen the ins and outs of how to run a department. I am always trying to find new ways to improve upon existing systems and create new ones to ensure our leadership has all the right tools needed to succeed. I want to help build and mold the next generation of leadership to be capable leaders, that will take my spot one day when I leave. I love GSD, and I want nothing more than to see it prosper like it never has before. If accepted, I truly believe I can make that happen.
What makes you suitable for Chief of Security?:
- What makes me the best choice for Chief of Security is my experience, dedication, leadership skills, and drive to see GENSEC succeed. I have spent majority of my time on Civil as leadership within the Security Department. I have over 8 months of experience as Chief alone, as well as many more months spent as a Captain/Major. During my time in these roles, I believe I have made a substantial positive impact on GSD as a whole. During my time as Chief, I created/reworked many documents, implemented new policies and roles, built up relations with other departments better than they ever were, and mentored the next generation of leadership to maintain and expand where I left off. During my time back as Captain, and more recently Major, I have helped build up EPU and I plan to continue expanding their duties with other departments in the future; and I am currently working on bettering T&G as a part of my duties as Major. As a Recruitment Officer and a member of HCO, I have helped onboard and train many new SGTs and Captains to the team. I have fostered many relationships with members of my department, as well as the heads of others, and I am always trying to motivate future candidates for leadership positions; while also encouraging them to join teams/sub regiments. I take pride in solving problems and assisting new players/members of the team, as well as equipping them with the correct solutions for the future. I am a strong leader and I know how to run a department. I strive to be as helpful as possible, and ensure that I always approach situations from every angle. I am extremely dedicated to GENSEC and I believe my past shows it. GENSEC has always, and will always, be my favorite department. I understand the weight of the position, and I understand that to achieve my goal of the best department, I must first strengthen its core and leadership. I know that if I am accepted, I will achieve everything I put my mind to; and with the help of the leadership team, I will use the position to bring GSD to the top.
What are the responsibilities of the Chief of Security in RP?:
- The responsibilities of Chief of Security consist of many duties, both on site and off. The Chief of Security stands as the face of GENSEC, and must always uphold the responsibilities that come along with it. They are responsible for maintaining relations with other departments, as well as handling any issues that may arise between them. Chiefs are responsible for overseeing the selection of new leadership such as SGTs and Captains, while also watching over sub regiments/teams to ensure success. Another key aspect of the Chief's responsibilities consist of creating and maintaining documents/rosters. As well as ensuring tryouts and trainings are conducted as required, and that a proper workflow is maintained within Leadership. While on site, the Chief should ensure that Dblock is always properly manned and running efficiently. While also monitoring their Captains/Whitelisted and assisting GSD in any way needed. Above all else, the Chief of Security needs to be a strong leader. Someone that cares for their department, and sets a good example for those who look up to them. Someone who strives to improve their department and build up the next generation. I am prepared to take on these responsibilities.

Trap Jesus aka "Da boss" aka "Top Shotta" aka "The Perc Demon" started with humble beginnings. He was born in a trap house in Murda Mount, NC. Due to his area of upbringing, at a young age he dwelled in many illegal activities but where he really shined was trappin. He got so good at it, all the junkies started to call him "Trap Jesus". He quickly claimed the name as his own. After many years of being in the streets, Trap had gained few allies but many enemies, leaving him with a constant feeling of anxiety and alertness of his surroundings. Overtime this constant alertness led to Trap honing his combat skills; both hand to hand and firearms. Some say its impossible to catch him lacking. Those that have tried, got rolled up. But as the streets go, jail was imminent. And so, Trap got locked up. He was sent to death row for many felony charges along with attempted murder of an inmate and eventually was relocated to site-65 by [REDACTED] soon finding his new home at Dblock. During his time as a Dclass, Trap was put through countless deadly tests, by wicked and cynical researchers. Over time, even gaining a slight resistance to anomalies. But no matter what was thrown at him, he overcame it. After narrowly surviving his 30 days as a Dclass, Trap was freed and promoted by [REDACTED] to cadet for showing great leadership qualities, resourcefulness and combat prowess. From there, Trap made his way through the ranks. Slowing climbing the ladder up to SGT, then Captain, then Sr. Captain, then Major, until he reached Chief. As Chief, Trap used the skills he picked up throughout his life and applied them to his duties. He started with making allies in different departments, gaining the trust and comradery of powerful leaders. As a skilled negotiator, he made many interdepartmental deals and agreements to better all sides. And as a strong combatant, his abilities became well known by all throughout site-65. Slowly but surely, building up reputation and respect for himself and his department. He became embedded in this new anomalous world, and before long it became his own. Soon, his previous life of violence and survival, felt like the distant past of a long dead man.
