Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? And why?: I received a permanent ban early this year for a mishap with my viewmodel, but it was appealed the very same day. Other than that, no bans or warnings, or kicks.

What O5 role are you applying for, and why (give the specific O5 number): I’m applying for O5-4 because my experience within the Foundation has increasingly placed me in roles where I work directly alongside the Council or RP leads. This has over time given me an understanding of the discretion, judgment, and effort expected when working at that level.
I eventually took a break before becoming an Executive, but returning has made me realize how much I enjoyed the interactions and the opportunities that came with being involved in higher-level Foundation things. I believe becoming an Overseer would allow me to combine both sides of that experience, being a researcher and OSA. I'd want to hopefully be assigned over Research.
While I was never involved with A1 as one of them, as an OSA and even Exec Researcher, I’d pretty confidently say I’ve bonded well with members of A1, and hopefully set a good example / first impression.

What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
I think what makes me the best candidate is mainly the experience I've built up over time and the fact that I've already spent a lot of time working with the Council. I've been around the O5s since 2025~ when butter was -1, starting as a researcher and eventually becoming Executive this year. During that time, I'd worked on a lot of different projects and had plenty of opportunities to work directly with O5 and begin to understand how everyone operates. I’ve RPed with plenty of the council, been involved with storylines such as trying to create an SCP out of 999s material, aerosolizing 008 into ticks and distributing them, I’ve made weapons, and much, much more to come.
Following my return this year, though, I resumed duties within Research before stepping down as an Executive several weeks back. My reason for resigning was to dedicate my full attention to OSA, which helped me see almost entirely through a different lens. Having navigated the… complexities of both the Research department and the Council, I have gained a unique outlook that I think wouldn't have been possible otherwise.
Finally, I would confidently say I get along well with A1. I interact with many of the members daily, in-game and out, and I don’t think anyone has any problems with me. Being an O5 would allow me to create opportunities for A1 to create or participate in RP, fill out orders, etc.

What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?:
Overseeing overall site performance,
Managing and discussing GOI relations,
Overseeing Research and major projects, approving them when needed,
Directing and coordinating Assistants and Alpha-1,
Handling major sitewide emergencies,
Conducting hearings and tribunals when necessary,
Upholding and updating the Code of Conduct,
Working with Site Administration to ensure site progression,
Liaising with the Ethics Committee when required.

What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council out of RP (e.g. what applications do they handle?):
Selecting and appointing the Alpha-1 Commander, ensuring the position is entrusted to a suitable candidate,
Reviewing, discussing, and voting on Site Director applications,
Creating and facilitating roleplay opportunities while coordinating with “Roleplay Leads” to develop larger events, scenarios, and ongoing storylines, etc,
Reviewing and voting on Overseer Assistant applications
Working alongside other Council members to maintain consistency in decisions, expectations, and RP direction.

Please give some lore about your O5 character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Assistant Ausforn is being escorted to an isolated room in a part of the facility he’s never seen before. As he arrives, he greets the Alpha-1 operatives he’s seen every day, but this time is different. No reply; the atmosphere feels different, feels.. Tense.
[Eggsy]: “My name is Eggsy Ausforn. I’m a Factotum for the 2nd Overseer.”
[???]: “An Assistant.. How nice. What were you formerly?”
[Eggsy]: “I was an Executive with the Research Department, and a contender for the Director, but I was reassigned before ever becoming one, sadly.”
[???]: “What made you change your line of work? It’s not every day someone goes from testing on our anomalies to being a middleman for an Overseer.. What happened?”
[Eggsy]: “I think they took a liking to me? I’m not entirely sure how it all happened, in all honesty. I’ve been helping with what I thought to be Site Inspection at the time, which I now know to be the Overseers with projects, any tests that they need done while managing my own. Eventually, I was recommended and sort of convinced to request an elevation.”
[???]: “I see, I see. Have you ever wanted more? Something other than just being an Assistant.”
