Why would you like to become a staff member: I really like this server, and I've invested alot of my time into it. So I would be more the excited to join the staff team and try and be as noob friendly as possible and really make a positive impact on the server and its players.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I don't think theres anything to change, as the staff team is already pretty good.
