What makes you the best candidate for Ethics' Committee Assistant?
I am the best fit for Ethics' Committee Assistant because, first and foremost, I am heavily dedicated to RP, be it my own, or others on the server's. I maintain my characters well, making them more than just a flat, emotionless piece of paper, and do my best to let my enthusiasm for RP to rub off onto others, and hopefully inspire more active RPing and meeting of others. I attempt to create organic RP wherever possible, without requiring a gamemaster for a lot of my scenes or scenarios, as it can be done between players.
One of my best examples of my willingness to create, continue, and partake in RP is my connection to the storyline of The Diver. I was brought into this storyline by several people, and these people, without saying anything, inspired my to bring it to more. I helped drag in several members of Epsilon-11 (of which I was Command Sergeant Eris 'Divine'/'Namari' Taylors at the time) and a handful of RSD that weren't initially involved. This storyline left a lasting impression on many people's characters at the time, and was a huge bunch of fun. Back to my point though, due to this storyline, and others, I am always looking to drag more people into RP, which I feel is something ECAs and Assistants in general need to focus on.
Another reason I am the choice candidate for the position is due to the fact I quite adore paperwork, and very much enjoy adding my own personal touch or flare to documents. I can write freeform, without guidance, or I can follow strict guidelines, either or work for me. I believe this would be beneficial to document work.
I am also constantly learning. Be it formatting documents differently, finding new formats, or just taking in criticism or tips from others. I will always be willing to learn for my role.
I also believe that my past as an Ambassador in Internal Affairs and my past as an OSA, though it is an age long past, could be beneficial in terms of tribunals and ensuring the ethical code is upheld, and how to handle situations professionally and in-line with how the foundation would need them handled.
I have a lot of time, and experience on the server, and understand quite a bit of the complexities and nuances that go into the running of the Foundation, which I believe is very beneficial to have in this role. I will not claim to be a professional, as I can assure I will need to learn when I start out, but I believe I would make a great addition.
I make do with my time-zone, often waking up early to ensure I can enjoy my time, and be present during peak hours of the server. I am dedicated to roles I manage to get, often willing to spend a large sum of my time on those roles. I spent hundreds of hours as Internal Affairs and Epsilon-11.
Responsibilities of an ECA
-Uphold the Professionalism Expected of CL4 Personnel
>Cl4 personnel are held to much higher standards than most others, as Cl4's are usually the positions that are expected to create and uphold RP. Due to the power invested in them, they are roles that should not be abused, and should be handled with care, and responsibility.
-Be a common face for the Ethics Committee
>Assistants are the first line of contact quite often within both Ethics and Inspectorate. The role itself quite literally requires you to be present on site, and to be willing to communicate with others.
-Maintain the standards of the Site by ensuring the code of Ethics is being followed.
>I believe this one is sort of self-explanatory. As an ECA you are there to ensure that site staff are handling situations ethically and appropriately.
-Handling tasks that have been handed out by the Ethics committee
>Another Self-explanatory one. You're an assistant! You assist! Specifically with ethics and ethical concerns!
-Assist with questions about the FLC, CoE, and other documents involving site staff!

Lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character, and storylines they would be involved in!
Early Life
Illya Leblanc, born December 10, 2000, to one Edwinton Leblanc and Jeanne Dubois in the light countryside of Simiane-la-Rotonde, France.
Illya was raised in this country villa, known for the lavender spanning its outskirts, and stunning views. Her family was not poor, quite the opposite, at that. Her mother and father were owners of a semi-lucrative business, allowing them to live a well-kept and happy life. At around ten, Illya was left at an adoption center, her parents seemingly vanishing off the map, at least to her.
Growing up as a ward of the state, Illya's life became much different. She was juggled between households, some caring for her, others... less so. A lot of this leading to her being a timid, quite girl.
The Foundation, and how she got there.
Upon turning eighteen, Illya found out about an employment assistance group, Sanderson's Corporate Pathways, what she didn't know is that was a child company of the Foundation... A group she had no clue about, yet. Within a week, after screening her answers provided over the phone, a transport was scheduled for her, and she was on her way to Humanoid Anomaly Site-06-3. While stationed here, she had one job. Mark down and track anomaly shipments and storage. Managing the paperwork to take on or ship out the anomalies.
Through her time at Site-06-3, she worked her hardest, attempting to do her best amidst the chaos that was... shipping manifests and cargo notelets. She worked her way up to a Clearance Level 3 Position, before finally being considered for transfer to a new site, and a new career path with Ethics. Not having hated doing paperwork, as well as being able to help others seemed to be her driving factors.
Storylines for Illya.
Illya, being a fresh character, I don't have tons planned out for her, yet. I do wish to focus heavily on her being very timid and skiddish at first, as it's meant to be the two of her main character traits.
I do believe there is a lot of potential for character growth RP, as well as social interactions amidst the site.... And seeing how she may react to situations involving CI, GOC, and constant breaches.
