How many hours can you be on everyday: Up to 8 hours, depending on the day

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I have experience as a hoster and a server moderator/administrator in an another game.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I would say joining the MTF Nu-7 and getting up to a Sergeant, meeting new people, and joining the UNGOC (currently a Specialist) for engaging further with roleplay.

Why would you like to become a staff member: This server has brought me a lot of joy and new experiences, I have met a lot of nice people and staff. I have been in a couple of sits, where I was thinking that I am getting immediately punished, and instead met a honest and nice staff member, that gladly explained what I did wrong, and how to prevent it in the future. Therefore I want to give the people the same experience I have got on this server, I am understanding of accidental or stupid rule breaks, and I can make sure that the person will be leaved understanding of the situation, and not angry, sad or negative at all. I can also know if a person has done something by stupidity or intentionally.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I would like to make sure, that the moderators and another members of the staff team can assist the server and the players at all times. Based on what I have seen and witnessed, I want to make sure rule breaks will be handled fairly and just, so that the players do not get frustrated due to confusion or other things. Even though the current staff at the UK server, in my opinion, is very kind, sometimes there can be misunderstandings that need handling.

+Support I've seen you in game a lot and you seem quite chill. That RDM warn is fairly recent however, could you expand a bit on what happened and what you'd do to prevent getting another RDM warn in future?

So I have a done D-Block sweep once as a Nu-7 Private, and I have gotten two sits over it. The first one was for me killing a D-Class with a field kit (for some reason I thought it was contraband) and another for killing a D-Class that looked like he tried to hurt a Captain in the cells. After I got a warn, I re-read my rules, checked on what's contraband and not, and started to engage less with D-Block sweeps. Also thanks for the support!
