What makes you suitable for SCP-096?:
I will try to stay as lore accurate as possible while doing the things SCP-096 does. I will try my best to not camp in places more than I am allowed.
What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?:
He will be sitting down either trying to lure people or breaking his bucket.
When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
He can go anywhere where the person that saw his face is. If the person that saw his face is in D-Block then 096 doesn't have a choice, but if the person hasn't then he can't go there.
How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
It starts with the personnel getting scramble goggles, then he goes to grab a bucket to place it over SCP-096's head so that no one can see his face. Then you get beams to beam him to make it so he can get cuffed and recontained.
