Why are you applying for Site Advisor?:

I am applying for Site Advisor for 3 main reasons. My first reason is the fact that I have already been in Site Administration and got the ropes quickly making me realize how much I liked the role so I would be thrilled to come back and dominate the site again.

Secondly, since the sudden absence of 2 Site Admin, I have seen in the past that has led to Site Admin fall into a hole and I do not want to see Site Admin fall apart like it has in the past so I want to ensure that that with my skills, it doesn't happen and I get to help keep it together.

Finally, I want to create RP for everyone, while yes, I have not done any MAJOR RP as an Ethics Committee Assistant or in the little time I was Site Advisor this time I know I will be able to create bigger and more important RP for everyone which is what I want most of all in this role, to create Roleplay for EVERYONE.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:

First of all, experience. I have held over 6 CL4 roles 2 being In character senior CL4, this being Site Advisor and ISD Commissioner and 1 being Out Of Character senior CL4 this being MTF E-11 CPT. These roles have taught me how to RP and how to manage a department(s) which I think would be very useful skills for Site Administration.

Secondly, RolePlay. As previously stated, I have not created any MAJOR RP before and I believe with the other Site Administrations help I can learn how to do big roleplay that can be important. However I do know how to do RP. I commonly walk around site doing some small RP with anyone I can, whether they are CL1 or CL4. I have attempted to judge tribunals as well however something always gets in the way as if I am cursed, either I could not attend or it had to be canceled and my most recent one was dismissed due to basically everything being broken or not followed in the tribunal handbook.

Thirdly, my ability to onboard advice. Whenever I am given advice or directions I listen and take it onboard as I trust the word of my superiors as they got to their roles for a reason and somehow so I take on all their advice and directions as I fully believe it will help my future. This is why I am applying as stated above.

Finally, my skills such as good communication, initiative, leadership, trustworthiness, teamwork, document writing, rely ableness, efficiency, management and judgement on a situation. I think that all of these contributes makes me the best pick for Site Advisor.​


What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:

Be the monthly liaison for different departments and review them.
Judge tribunals when needed.
Manage Site-Wide policies.
Authorize some tests if they need it.
Authorize passive breaches.
Day-to-day crisis management such as authorization of Advanced Armory, ERT deployment, and Site-Wide lockdowns.
Appoint Commanders for MTF NU-7 and MTF E-11.
Give input on other Site Advisor applications.
Give opinions on Director of Medicine, Director of External Affairs, and Chief of Security applications.
Create roleplay for all site personnel.
Work with DEA to maintain relations with GOC.

I'm sorry man but first thing that is really concerning is that recent activity. In my perspective and knowing the amount of applications you have made to various high up roles, you've seen the tough spot SA are in and hope to come back and jump into the situation for the better odds.

Then there is the application itself, where your reasons for applying are quite worrying.

Probably a joke but with the way you have been reaching for any position of power is a bit worrying.

Then the other two points you then proceed to minimise and backtrack on them. You admit to failing to take part in any storyline or create any meaningful RP in your current roles and even said you couldn't do it when you did hold Site Advisor. Then further in your application you go on to state that despite the amount of roles you've held you still failed to create any major roleplay.

You've applied for the role knowing you lack meaningful experience but list your ability to learn as a plus. You say there were potential times where you could have had the experience but that just feels like padding and is irrelevant.

Then the rest of the application is pretty lackluster and lacks expansion. I realise I have gone pretty harsh on this response and that is not because of any personal bias toward you. I just believe that you aren't fit for SA, at least not yet. All the best in any case.

If you look right below the VTime you will see that I have had school exams and have had to study with the last couple of weeks, I prioritize school over Garry's Mod.

Yes, It was a joke. I have been reaching for any position higher as that is the entire point of the server aside from roleplay, to progress through the ranks and some have more power than others.

I couldn't do it as Site Advisor as I got removed before I could, however I was leading up to some big rp and I said nothing about storylines in my application, when I was in SA last I was working on getting into a storyline then I got removed so that was out the window.

I am completely baffled with this statement, I applied to the role knowing I had enough experience. 3 SENIOR CL4s alone is plenty, I have already been Site Advisor so I fail to see how I lack experience even though I have had enough before but now I don't somehow?

Honestly while it is relevant and does help, the biggest factor for me is what you have done within these positions, and by your own admission you hadn't accomplished and major RP or impact within your entire time in these various roles.

what? yes going for roles with more powers over others = more things to do/more RP, going up the ranks will end up with you have more power over others, its a challenge in itself to understand said power and use it for good to create RP for the rest, as a GSD Cadet can hardly make RP since he has little to no power, while a SA can easily make long term quality RP because of said power.

Despite not playing the server at the time, I have heard of the ban, but, people change, do we judge someone for each mistake they have made? I have had warns, real bad warns but time passes and I changed, so, one shouldn't judge by the past actions of a person, for no one can take back their past.

I do not know what Cain defines as major RP, but I myself remeber how great he was in RP back in E11, helping progress not only my own story line but others as well, in addition to that he was great at creating minuature RP all around site constantly which is a very imporant thing.
Those CL4s weren't gotten without being able to make roleplay, they wouldn't have accepted him had he not been able to do roleplay.

I have seen how you respond to other applications by Cain, Walter alot of your reasoning seems to be unjust which leads me to believe you are :

Cain has definitely been a controversial figure in terms of the server but from what I've seen recently from him he's on the rise and more than suitable for the position of Site Administration.

I'm a firm believer that unless there's clear and obvious circumstances to why, that everyone should be given a chance. This should be Cain's. Goodluck!

Anyway, Cain is a perfect fit for the role; he understands what's required and is the most dedicated candidate applying currently. How many people have you seen apply for positions this much? Just shows dedication. As long as he learns to not have Voicemod soundboards open while in TeamSpeak, he would be a great fit in SA.

Before i explain my reasoning of my opinion. I will first talk about your application.


Application looks very well done, good format and the lore document looks good enough with the good amount text in it.

Now will i talk about why i didn't gave full +support:

While i know you changed and people +supporting saying you changed as the person from your "mingely days". But the past can't be changed how much you try to, when you get accepted as site advisor and when during your time as site advisor. If you do a bad thing or bad mistake during your time. The whole argument of "People will allways change" will be throwed out of the window because your "Haters" will take your lowest time and call out your past if you do bad move.

Cain, i know you changed and can be good roleplayer for Site Admin or hell even Site Command but your past will be never forgetten, no matter how much you will say that you changed as a person on this server. They will be keeping using your past as excuse that you never changed as the person.


Anyways, good luck within Site Admin if you get accepeted Cain but remember that your sins of past will and i say really will never be forgetten by people who hate you so much.
