Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: Yes, a warn and ban for FRP, and NITRP. I received both of these for letting class D out of D block as a tech expert and continuously running to HCZ and using an infectious SCP as a tech expert.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 6+
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I was a staff member for a DarkRP server, and I made an impact on the server banning many trolls and helping out in general making peoples time better on the server as this is my goal as staff.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Im proud that I made it into the internal security department, and I plan to continue climbing the ranks of ISD. I am also proud at how many friends I have made on this server as it seems like every time I get on I see familiar faces everywhere.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I really enjoy my time on the server and simply wish to make a bigger impact on the server than I currently do. I wish to help clean up all of the toxic players and generally allow people to have a greater time on the server in general.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I really don't have any complaints about the staff team, and I respect every individual staff member that I have met. Although if I had to choose something I would change about the staff team I would most likely just ask them to hire more people that are active a lot as I barely see some staff members around.
