Why Do we not have more cameras for HCZ? And Bulkhead door controls for HCZ CCTV

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[I would like to suggest that we add 2 cameras for HCZ's Exterior Primary Bulkhead, and to Upper Primary Interior Bulkhead]

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
[N/A]

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[This would allow E-11 to more easily ascess threats, due to being able to see External threats and SCP's breaking out with ease. Adding Door controls to HCZ CCTV would Greatly improve response times to opening bulks to cut down on time used]

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[079 Hacking cams and being able to see an Impending Raid through the Bulks]

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[It would reduce time and free up needed members during a containment breach. ]

I think one of the biggest takeaways is that the overall layout and concept from LCZ were simply copied over to the new HCZ map without considering how it would affect critical facility situations. The design doesn’t properly account for containment flow or emergency logistics.

Right now, it’s far too easy to leave HCZ, and with how underutilized E-11 currently is, that becomes an even bigger problem. Their limited numbers and the amount of resources required to contain certain SCPs make maintaining HCZ stability much harder than it should be.

the cameras at upper primary is for some reason is under "LCZ" cameras
Then Make them Both Accessible
CL4 can already open the doors from the cameras idk about bio though
Really? That's cool. Also you mean the bulkheads right?

Then Why not make them Accessible to Both or just HCZ

I see where you are coming from, Personally I miss the old HCZ. But the Addition of cameras to HCZ Is critical to how e-11 'could' function
