Reverts the change on the houses all around surface
(also re-add the grass bro)

the new houses quite frankly suck, nothing about them is better than the old ones from a players perspective, the houses themself are just smaller and shittier

We cannot revert the changes, they were made during an optimisation pass as the houses were not as optimised as we would have liked.
