Description of the incident: a group of ci including "simpleton" class f'd a MC&d named mr raphael and forced him to use scp 059 (a usa event scp) to become a zombie with 850 hp and 250 armour and normally after turning into a zombie it would strip all your weapons and make you into essentially what is a scp 9000 clone. but they ended up raiding with him and gave raphael a gun and a 914 NU-7 disguise and then decided that it would be ok for them to hack out 049, 8837, and 106.
another person named "arceus" who class f'd the mc&D has already been banned for 1 day for this but the other ci should have know better than to raid while major bug abusing and actively benefitting from it to have a 850 hp super soldier to protect them while they hack out scps

Thanks for taking the time to make a player report.

After review of the evidence and talking with other staff, as well as the testimony of the player, I believe this person has violated the rules by committing FailRP (due to using the bugged MC&D in a MR, causing multiple SCPs to be breached).

The player will be talked to and punished accordingly with a warning for the reasons above.​
