Who blacklisted you from Staff: I believe Rock
Why were you blacklisted from Staff: I was blacklisted because I left the Gamemaster team just a week after joining. After getting confirmation, Rock told me I was blacklisted because if you leave too close to your join date you get blacklisted.
Why should you return: Basically, I joined the GM team wanting to see if I would enjoy my time as one. Although it was nice having all the abilities to run these events, it did not fit my style.
So I contacted the Supervisors about resigning, and so on. My roles were removed and I moved on with my day.
I wanted to try staff instead of GM, because that's another thing I had good experience in. But upon creating the application, I was denied because I have a blacklist.
Although the blacklist is recent, I don't really feel it is justified, and if I may say so, it is sort of uncalled for. I read through as much of the staff handbook that I could, and I wasn't able to find anywhere where it states leaving too close to your join date results in a blacklist.
I see in the handbook if I leave without a notice, I get a blacklist, but I never told anyone my resignation was effective immediately, so I didn't think they'd take it that way if they did.
I also contacted 3 different people about my resignation, and I wasnt made aware of the blacklist. It seems kind of unfair that I am blacklisted from applying to any staff position because of this if you ask me.
I wasn't warned about this blacklist, and if I knew of it, I likely wouldn't have resigned.
All in all, I do not think this blacklist was really justified. I wasn't trying to leave without a 3d notice, and I was not made aware of a blacklist due to leaving too close to my join date.
