Description of the incident: Amy smalls was reported by an ISD & Jr Researcher to be holding a CL5 card, after she undisguised showing se was an assistant, she was ignore & i carried on with my day. Later, she was seen handing something to a restrained Jr researcher. in RP, i asked what she handed him, she said his own keycard, when questioned, she said it was taken earlier. i restrained her & brought them both to ISD wing, Amy then cyanided right at the doors, which her keycard is displayed

Edit: Im not concerned about the report of her with a CL5, only that she cyanided to avoid ISD Detainment

With the clip provided I can see that the player cyanided to avoid arrest which is Fail RP. A bounties will be put up and the player will be warned for Fail RP.
