What's your current playtime: Currently i am only able to see up to a month prior to now. I have played for two Days, approaching three in the past month. Over all my time on the server i have played for 1,048,100 seconds. (Came off back to the server about half way through the month, intend to become more dedicated and more active the more i continue to play.)

Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have only been warned twice over a 3 year period. The warns are as follows:
August 14 2023: FailRP, Killed a class D in HCZ while on a non-combative job (Tech expert)
August 14 2025: Metagaming + RDM (same warn) Unable to remember specifics at this time.
How many hours can you be on everyday: I can be on for four hours a day minimum. However this may fluxuate depending on time of year due to schooling.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I have some experience within staff team across multiple servers.
I have held the position of administrator on one FNAF RP server. I had contributed a few ideas that were held at a vote then implemented into the community these were both for game play experience and community experience. This server has since been closed
I currently hold the position of staff manager in a CWRP server. I often will assist newer staff get accustomed to the role of being a moderator and help server leadership with other general management. I also will enforce any rules and fill the position of staff when i am needed. However I am willing to step down from this position if i am accepted into your staff team.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Currently i server the foundation as a member of MTF NU-7 as a Corporal. I have achieved this rank through hard work and aim to become a commissioned officer some day. I have also received a bronze star combat medal during service.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I wish to become apart of your staff team to better the user experience by making the server fun to play for everyone. I aim to achieve this regardless if i am accepted to staff or not. I will help out members of the community any way i can, i am rather quiet in the discord however if i see an issue that i know i can help to resolve i will attempt to contact the person privately instead of addressing them in public. I also know what it is like to play in a server where there are no active staff. I know for a fact that it is not enjoyable as a player to unfairly lose belongings or weapons to a person who is breaking or abusing rules that have been set in place to make the server a better place.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Personally in my experience as a staff manager i have found that giving players to make reports or tickets anonymously tends to result in more people reporting suspected rule breaks.
This is mainly due to the fact that they may be unsure if what they saw was truly an infringement of rules and can be resolved through description of the offense and internal tools such as server logs. This also makes people more likely to report things that are happening at a higher level, as they may be afraid of any repercussions that will come if its a report against a person in power, may this be a staff member or a person in power within role play it provides a way for players to report any rule breakers they see while having 100% certainty that the person they are reporting will not change their view of the player in a negative regard.
